It all begins with an idea - literally! Most of the items on my website are items that were randomly created. I love to freestyle designs and models, so I’m happy to speak with you about making your vision come to life!

Unfortunately due to the custom nature of my business, I do not have a return and/or refund policy; however, if your item is incorrectly created and it is due to no fault of your own, then we will do our best to provide a replacement and/or fix your current item.

All orders are shipped via USPS. We will only ship FedEx/UPS for special deliveries based off the circumstance.

If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo of the unused product and packaging to MayahtheMaker@gmail.com within 24hrs of receipt . Please be aware that a damage claim must be filed with the shipping carrier in order to receive a store credit for your next purchase, which could take up to 5-10 business days to process.

Mayah the Maker, LLC is NOT responsible for any delayed transit times or damages once it is in the possession of the postal courier. We do not possess any control over the transit times, as they are determined by the mail carrier.
